Danny

Hello 👋🏾 Danny here.

Gamer, Drummer, Engineer. Thanks for checking out my slice of the internet.

By day, I'm a .NET Automation DevOPs Engineer living in beautiful Portland, Oregon, keeping the Intel fabs running. By night, I work on random hobbies like this site.

I take pride in being dependable and customer first in my work - prioritizing quality code with quick turnaround on production issues and development enhancements. I have a compulsive need to learn new things, a drive to help others, and a special love for open source software and it's intersection with music, gaming, and making the world a better place. While I professionally work primarily in C#, PowerShell, and TypeScript, I am adaptable and have experience in many languages and frameworks, with years of personal experience running Linux.

Aside from work, I'm a drummer in a jazz band, playing small gigs in the PDX area. Check out my recent and upcoming shows , and reach out to any of my socials or email if you need a drummer in the area!

As an aspirational gamedev working in Godot, you can find my work on my Itch . I am currently in the learning phase, making small clones of old games and participating in gamejams. As a music man, I'm also learning music production in this endeavor, and any music in my games are made by me. You can find my music on my SoundCloud , and let me know if you want to collaborate!

Lastly, I drop random thoughts into the blog here and there. Usually about tech, gaming, music, or travel stories. Give me a read and tell me why you disagree with all of my opinions, as is internet custom.
